The Street Arts Melting Pot

The Street Arts Melting Pot (or Stamp for short) is the name of the upcoming international festival for street arts in Hamburg! Scraping together about 2.000 artists and performers from all over the globe, Stamp will transform Hamburg’s city into a multi-cultural, creative melting pot this September…

Street performances, illuminated carnival costume arts, two parades – during the day and at night, multiple street music and urban cabaret, spectacular street dance and the latest street art: International and local artists create an event which is unique in its kind in Germany and a meeting point for the international street arts scene – a new festival for Hamburg. (about Stamp)

With 1010, 56K, Boxi, Daim, Stohead, ECB, Tasek and Heiko Zahlmann also some more or less well-known urban artists are participating what makes Stamp even more interesting in my eyes and what’s a good reason for street art enthusiasts to visit Hamburg!

  1. The German page (only?) http://www.stamp-festival.de/deutsch/home.html states in bold letters that only accredited performances are allowed. Yeah that makes sense for an independent and not (yet) established artform.

    • The English website is accessible via the link in the post. I’m not quite sure, but it just says you have to register yourself to be allowed to participate…
