Low Bros, Mural Competition, Staple City & a Full Length Skateboardmovie

During the last days and weeks, I unfortunately had a lot to do, for what reason I was not able to mention all those great things going on in the urban art world. Luckily there are plenty other nice blogs out there with even nicer features on street art and graffiti I’d like to share with you in another Urban Art Link-Tips session…

  • For the See No Evil festival in Bristol, Sat One painted a brilliant superhero mural entitled Mural Competition!
  • Israeli contemporary artist Klone just opened a solo-show in Berlin! Urban Spree Gallery shows Klone’s all new body of works…
  • Peter Root creates fabulous Ephemicropolis, made of stacks of staples! These stacks were then stood up and arranged over a period of 40 hours.
  • Low Bros and DXTR recently teamed up to paint that dope mural in Lithuania
  • And also Aryz did it again and created this new mural in Copenhagen, Denmark.
  • Toronto-based visual artist Flavio Trevisan build a nice board game about gentrification: The Urban Renewal Board Game!
  • And again it’s Low Bros, who painted that beauty together with Nicolas Barrome and Dulk for Eurocultured festival in Manchester.
  • The MARVS skateboarding crew published their second full length movie a while ago. It’s a must to watch!
