Urban Art News | As you maybe noticed, I had no time to write during Christmas, but fortunately it’s over now. However, I collected the top urban art news I noticed in the last days, so I’m able to give you an detailed overview about what happened on the streets around the world while we had some more or less contemplative evenings with friends and family.

iPad Busting by Mr. Talion

Guerilla and communication artist Mr. Talion did a nice busting of Apple’s iPads in a Swiss electric market. The stickers he stuck on several iPads warn that “Your life is a failure”…And now, cancel or continue?

Laser Murals in London

Some guys had a lot of fun while tagging an abandoned industrial area in London with lasers. The event was part of the campaign for eco taxi cabs and had been realized by Dentsu London.

Voina Group Interview

After Banksy declared that all profits from his latest print sale would be gifted to the Russian art anarchists Voina, the Don’t Panic Magazine recently did an interview with them. Interesting fact: Half of the group was replying from prison…

Graphic Surgery Interview

Another interesting interview was recently published by the Invasian Magazine which spoke to Graphic Surgery. The Amsterdam based duo is well-known for their abstract paintings in abandoned buildings…

Ivy Tag by 1107 Klan

The Slovenian crew 1107 Klan recently had a nice idea and created a tag by trimming ivy. Looks nice, thumb up!

Roadsworth in Lisbon

Last but not least, the well-known artists Roadsworth and Phil Allard visited Portugal and created an anti BP mural in an underground car park…
