Banksy’s Antics Roadshow

Banksy’s Antics Roadshow

All Banksy enthusiasts are able to look forward to The Antics Roadshow made by Banksy himself! This coming Saturday (August 13th, 2011), the British Channel 4 will show Banksy’s incomplete guide to total anarchy, including the greatest hits of wayward behaviour, sedition and sabotage…

Basically I just thought it was a good name for a TV programme and I’ve been working back from there. (Banksy)

The hour-long special charts the history of behaving badly in public, from anarchists and activists to attention seeking eccentrics, presenting for example Michael Fagan talking about breaking into the Queen’s bedroom or Noel Godin, who pioneered attacking celebrities with custard pies.

The show will be online as soon as possible after the broadcast, as Channel 4 wrote on their site, for what reason those of you being not able to watch this extraordinary show live on TV, should definitely use this second chance to watch this guerilla art programm! I’m pretty sure it’s going to be great…

  1. Watched whole Antics Roadshow program, and really loved it,absolutelly class ! I`m big fan of Banksy`s artwork and I think he is genius with his attitude and approach to today`s world. Lovelly work Mr Banksy, I`m so satisfied haha!

  2. Blek Le Rat – original.
    King Robbo – classic legend.

Banksy – Wanksy. The so called ‘artist’ Banker is no more than a rip off artist taking other peoples designs and changing them like someone who rips off real street art for advertising companies.
Disgusting that the general public aren’t aware.

    • Two questions:
What is the basis for your claims?
And are you possibly saying that because he’s so famous that he seems commercial and not underground/artistic anymore?

  3. I would say that Wanksy was a Banker
but then Wanksy hasn’t got anything to do with money,
    Has he?
So Wanksy wuzzny a Banker Wuzz E?
I’ll tell you what he was for a fake tenner.

  4. Simple. Beautiful. And wasn’t Churchill a fan of bluegrass anyway? I do remember reading something about him s-m-o-k-i-n-g something funny on a campaign to Morocco post D-day.
